December Drawings

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a good weekend.
Today I felt like was a good day to make a drawing post.

Here are the drawings:

Wonder Woman in the snow, I based this on a scene from the movie.

This drawing is my new header.
I kept the theme of the dryad in the tree.

A Christmas elf, I liked how she turned out.
I had fun drawing her braids.

Legolas in the snow, this was inspired by a scene from Lord of The Rings.
I thought Legolas turned out well.

Another Christmas elf,  I like how his hat turned out.

A drawing of a dreidel, I like how it turned out.

This drawing was inspired by Lindsey Stirling's Shatter Me
I like the pose she is in.

A girl in the snow. I like how her hair turned out.

The Holiday Fairy, I tried to include most of the holidays in her outfit.
The holidays I have represented are Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.
And this character will show up in a short story I plan to post on December 24th.

----------------------------------------------------------
Which drawing is your favorite? And are you excited for the holidays?
Also do you like my new header?

Friday Drawings

Hi everyone,
I hope you're having a happy Friday...
Anyway, I decided it would be a good time to do a drawing post (since I haven't posted in a while)

Anyway, here are the drawings:

The White Witch and Edmund  from the Chronicles of Narnia,
it was particularly fun to draw this scene.
I tried to show that Edmund trusted the White Witch but
he didn't know what was ahead  of him...

This one was fun to draw,
considering it took a lot of thought to imagine
what Legolas and Gimli would like if they were girls.

Seven of Nine, I had fun drawing her and
I think it turned out looking like her.

A drawing of Circe, from The Odyssey.

A Dryad princess, I enjoyed drawing her hair and outfit.

---------------------------------

Anyway, I Hope you enjoyed the drawings!

Which drawing is your favorite? Also are there any characters from books or movies you would like to see me draw?

love,
-Quinley

Costume Project: Legolas costume Elven cloak (preview)

Hi everyone,

So in case you're wondering this is a costume themed post, and I will be posting pictures of how I am going to make the costume, I considered posting this on my doll blog  since it had to do with sewing , but I decided I would post it here (considering I am the one who is going to be wearing the costume).

The cloak that Legolas wears in Lord of The Rings, only really shows up in The Two Towers and Return of The King and at least a little bit of The Fellowship of The Ring. But I decided I would make it because it would be a good thing to start with also considering it would be easy to make (compared to the rest of Legolas's outfit)

Lord of the rings/ The Hobbit fan art

Hello everyone , Today I would like to share some of my drawings with you (Well...Fan Art)

Here is one of my drawings of Tauriel (She inspired fern) I'm hoping to draw some pictures of Legolas soon (Or sooner or later) oh
maybe..I should quote of course I should quote,
"I see you lurking in the shadows" - The wood-elf king to Tauriel, The Hobbit

Here are my drawings of Lady Galadriel

(This one wasn't quite finished)

umm...Can't think of a quote....umm..though Galadriel didn't say this
(Legolas's father said this) "One Hundred years is a blink of a eye in a life of a elf" - Legolas's Father (Forgot his name)

Bilbo Baggins Fan Art
"And I am barrel Rider" - Bilbo to Smaug , The Hobbit

I only drew one drawing of him so far...but I hope to do more drawings of him.

Smaug fan art
Okay I think it's a good time to quote again...

"I am far fire , I am Death" - Smaug, The Hobbit , oops missspellings  hehe...It was far..instead of fire

That's all for now,

Quinley
