Reed Hayward

He firmly believes his name to be Reed Hayward, but that is not his real name. He suffers from false memories of his past, though he is unaware that these memories are not what really happened.

‌He holds a moral worldview. In fact, he has a tendency to moralize at people when they say or do something that he disagrees with morally. This has caused some issues in the past with people, as most people do not enjoy being told they did something morally wrong. He is also not adventurous; most of what he has experienced he claims "just happened" to him. People have also described him as being stubborn, especially when it comes to his beliefs and opinions.
He enjoys spending his time sketching people and wants to get back into painting. However, a trauma has stopped him from resuming this passion that he used to enjoy. This trauma has been subconsciously hidden from him by his false memories, though he has speculated about what has prevented him from painting and had many nightmares about it. Although he has been unable to paint in the usual way, Reed is a magical artist; his magic allows him to make and see art in unique ways. For example, he can enter worlds within paintings. And he is able to create objects and illusions based on his sketches. The transformation that gave him magic has not only given him a different understanding art, it also helped him to make sense of the world around him.

Despite the fact that Reed gained magic, he is not receptive to the overall existence of magic. Reed would really only believe in magic, other than his own, if there was enough proof of its existence.
